Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77l online gaming platform, including all services, features, content and functionality made available through the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 77l ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 77l platform regardless of the device used to access it, the location within Bangladesh from which it is accessed, or the type of gaming activity undertaken. • "Platform"means the 77l online gaming service accessible at 77l.bio and through any mobile browser-based interface made available by 77l, including all games, betting markets, payment processing and account management functionality.
• "User" / "You"means any individual who registers an account on the Platform, accesses the Platform without registration, or places any wager or engages with any feature of the Platform.
• "Account Balance"means the total of real-money funds held in your 77l account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds or free spin credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds"means any promotional credits, welcome bonus amounts, reload bonus amounts, free spin equivalent values or other non-cash incentive credits awarded to your account by 77l under any promotion, subject to the wagering requirements of that promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement"means the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated in the specific promotion terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 77l platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots and agents may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close relative of an employee of 77l or any of its technology or payment partners.
• You must provide a valid mobile number to which you have sole access, as this number is used for account verification and security communications.
• You must be accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment only. Using the platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 77l platform, you must register an account by providing your mobile number and creating a secure password. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms and that all information provided is accurate, complete and your own.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77l customer support immediately through the platform's support channel.

• Each user may hold only one account. If a user is found to hold duplicate accounts, all accounts except the original registered account may be closed and any balances in those accounts forfeited.
• 77l reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change of personal details on your account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account administration fees may apply as set out in the fee schedule on the platform.
• You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

77l will never ask for your account password via any communication channel including live chat, email or SMS. Any communication claiming to be from 77l that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77l platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The cashier interface within your account will display the payment methods currently available at the time of your transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are set by 77l and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 77l reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount requested.

77l does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service. 77l has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77l offers a welcome bonus to new players and may offer reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. A user who has been subject to account suspension, a self-exclusion period or a responsible gaming restriction is not eligible to claim or use bonus offers during that period.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Where no multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• 77l reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a user's account and in the process of being wagered will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user. The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only and cannot be claimed by existing users who have previously made a deposit, or by users who have previously held an account on the platform under a different identity.

6. Responsible Gaming

77l is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. 77l provides account-level responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings. Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be prevented from logging in to your account and will not receive any promotional communications from 77l.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77l platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches in the platform or any game to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated exploitation of promotions.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been used to fund gaming activity. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

77l reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable judgment, whether any activity constitutes a prohibited activity under these Terms. Such determination is final and binding on the user.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77l platform, including but not limited to the platform design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces (as displayed through the platform, not as developed by the game providers), software code underlying the platform, and all other materials made available through 77l, are the intellectual property of 77l or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

Game content supplied by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming and NetEnt) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. 77l is a licensee of that content and is not the owner of the underlying game software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77l excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or system failure. 77l's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77l's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data

77l collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77l uses personal data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. 77l does not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Amendments to These Terms

77l reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment materially affects users' rights or obligations, 77l will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through the platform or via account communication. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting customer support. Closure of your account following an amendment to these Terms does not forfeit any real-money balance held in your account at the time of closure, which will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77l encourages users to contact the support team in the first instance to attempt informal resolution of any dispute.
